Based on your unique video production needs, your Cinamaker Success Manager learns and works with you to confidently get started with the specific hardware; cameras, audio, Director Studio device, and connectivity to get the job done.
One-on-One Training
Getting started can be a bit overwhelming. Your Cinamaker Training will be spread over two days via Zoom with your dedicated Cinamaker Success Manager. These sessions are customized to give you a leg up using Cinamaker for your specific needs.
7-Day Priority Support
Receive Year-Round Support from your White Glove Service team during Cinamaker business hours; 8am-8pm US, Eastern Time Zone, 7 days/week.
Scheduled Office Hours
As a Premiere White Glove customer, you are invited to Cinamaker Office hours where you will be able to ask questions of Cinamaker leadership throughout the year.
Training Updates
Schedule training updates with your Customer Success Manager and keep up-to-date with Cinamaker throughout the year.
