Included in the White Glove service is 4 hours of personal consulting and training spread over two Zoom calls with your dedicated Cinamaker customer success manager and Zoom training refreshers whenever you need them through the year.

Consulting and training will cover:

• Discussion of your use-case
• 3rd party hardware recommendations
• Application training
• Developing a content production workflow

Also included with White Glove service is a priority 24-hour** minimum response time to your support requests.

** 24-hour response time is delivered during our normal support hours of 8am-8pm US, Eastern time zone, 7 days/week
